Critically acclaimed pianist Maestra Pamela Ibeth Vera is a professional performing pianist and piano instructor.

Maestra Vera has had extensive experience as an educator. She has been a professor of music at Bergen Community College and Passaic County Community College, and she’s also been a faculty member of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. For the last 23 years, Maestra Vera has been an instructor at The Ridgewood Conservatory teaching students of all ages and levels piano and piano, solfege and theory.

Maestra Vera has various orchestral and choral conducting experience as the Assistant Conductor of the Hunter College Symphony Orchestra and the Founder, Conductor, and Music Directory of the Maya Chamber Orchestra. In addition, Maestra Vera has had numerous live, television, and radio performances throughout New York and Ecuador, including performances at Lang Recital Hall, Weill Recital Hall, First Presbyterian Church of New York Choir, Queens College Concert Hall, Brooklyn Conservatory of Music Recital Hall, City University of New York and Teatro Principal Centro de Arte.

Maestra Vera’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Music from Queens College/CUNY, a Master of Arts Degree in conducting and piano from Hunter College/CUNY, as well as a postgraduate degree from the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music.
