Natasha began her musical studies at the age of six. She studied violin privately for 13 years (a majority of that with Mary Ann Mumm, 18 year veteran of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra) and voice for only one year before entering Purchase Conservatory of Music for Vocal Performance and Opera Studies. She made the dramatic switch from violin to voice with the guidance of her first voice teacher (Martin Bakari, Mannes voice faculty) Natasha went on to study with Kaori Sato at Purchase, and world renowned soprano, Ruth Falcon at Mannes. Natasha graduated with her Masters in May of 2021 under the tutelage of Beth Roberts.
Natasha's professional engagements include Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro, Pappagena in Die Zauberflöte and Amahl in Amahl and the Night Visitors, among others. As an educator, Natasha has a long history of teaching in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, which includes violin, piano and early childhood music education in addition to voice. She has held the position of Assistant Director and Resident Counselor at the ASTA Chamber Music Institute at Rutgers University beginning in 2018.
